3gs 4.1 06.15.00 tethered boot

Hi everyone
I'm a newbie
I bought a 3gs with 4.1 and ipad baseband 06.15.00
The phone is unlock for tmobile
However i tried erasing the previous user data and get stuck with the apple logo
Plz advise of how to restore it. I search the web and i thought using redsnow to tethered boot but uncessefully. Plz let me know the software, version and maybe website so i can redo.

You may need to use Ibooty if the phone was jailbroke with sn0wbreeze I believe just boot on redsn0w will not work..

i have made a custom firmware a while ago for 3gs 4.1, can download from here:
Iph3gs_Cust_Firmw-4.1.part3.part1.rar
Iph3gs_Cust_Firmw-4.1.part3.part2.rar
It has 2 parts, download both , select both and extract using winrar and will get the custom firmware
Put the iphone to PWANED DFU with ihreb and restore, this should fix your problem
