iOS 5 Untethered Update!

With an Apple update coming out to "fix" the battery issue I'd assume any untether jailbreak would come after.

Sounds great! Hope it's sooner than later. I've been on the tethered JB for a min now and I'd love to be able to not worry so much if my phone just randomly want to stop working and I'm not near my PC to boot it up!
