Growl notifier

Can anyone tell me how to set this up? Ok I downloaded Growl on my PC and downloaded the jailbreak tweak on my iPhone 4 running 5.0. Now in the tweak it asks me for an address and a port. What is the port and do both the phone and the computer have to be on the same network? I've also looked for a how to site on Growl to see what else I can use it for and have had no luck. Can anyone help me out with this? Thanks
