How to JB 3gs on 4.3 ios?

It also offers a generic redsn0w option but when you click it for ios 4.3 you are taken to a version that does 4.3.3 instead

A window pops up with a lot of stuff in it, I didnt write it down...It almost finished but fails.

jbme.com is only for 4.3.3 (and the CDMA equivalent), I think.

redsn0w should work just fine, though. Follow any instructions you have for it, just substitute the 4.3 ipsw instead of the 4.3.3 one.

That could be, but I don't think it was ever updated for 4.3, only 4.3.3. I don't know what difference that might make, but if it doesn't work then you'll have to try another method.

That or update your phone to 4.3.3 (TinyUmbrella can help, and there are tutorials all over) and then use jbme.com.
