    Just curious about how well this works on 4.3.3...basically it lets you use the native way of changing wallpaper instead of having to add wallpaper to your themes:

    So this allows you to change them without editing the file in the theme you are using??

    Exactly. The problem with newer firmwares is that Apple changed the way wallpapers are made/stored by using .cpbitmap files instead of more theme-friendly jpgs. This is an app that, when you set a new wallpaper, makes a .jpg alongside the .cpbitmap file--which means that (after converting your theme html just one time, so that it always points to where that jpg will be saved) you should be able to change wallpaper on the fly like Ye Olden Days.

    (Edit: the reason I'm asking is because it's a Mobile Substrate extension, so I'm not sure what kind of effect--if any--it might have on battery life, etc.)
