how do I know my iphone is jailbroken?

I went through the process to jailbreak my iphone, everything seemed to go fine, but now how do i tell if its actually broken?

Do you have Cydia? If you can install applications from Cydia then you are successfully jailbroken. If you do not have Cydia or it doesn't work, try again.
