cracking into location services

hello everybody..

I have recently moved out of u.k, and i dont want to miss my fVourite programs!!!! it is quite unfair that channels like 4od and iTV and BBC iPlayer cannot be viewed outside u.k. and i am quite used to watching them on my ipad or on my iphone on the move..

so now here is my question, is there a tweak to change your location services to u.k? it would be great to have one!!!
