I have been researching the topic for a while, and haven't found a definitive answer, and that is why I'm posting.
Basically, I'm fed up with Bell. They charge ridiculously high amounts for their service, and I want out.
I want to take my iPhone 3GS to WIND Mobile, which provides service at incredibly low rates. (Compared to Bell, Rogers, etc)
So, my question is this:
Is there a way to modify the frequency on a jailbroken iphone to 1700MHz so that it will work with WIND?
