Bought a New Ipad 3.2.2 Should I upgrade to jailbroke?

Hi, I just Bought a New Ipad 3.2.2 Should I upgrade to 4.3 before jailbreak, or what is the best thing to do right now? I'm really appreciate any help

I'm assuming you mean a first generation iPad since you're on 3.2.2 You have pretty much any choice really. I would say JB it now since you haven't loaded it up yet then go into Cydia so it saves your SHSH blobs. Then you can upgrade it to 4.3.3 in iTunes and JB that and you'll be good to go. Just visit iClarified - Apple News and Tutorials and look in Tutorials, iPad, Jailbreak and pick your method.
