Jailbroken iPhone won't play video

My iPhone 4 running OS 4.3.1 jailbroken with redsn0w will not play videos sent to me via MMS. When trying to play received videos I get the following message: This movie could not be played. However when I save the video to the camera roll and try to play the video it'll play fine.

What gives? Is there something I can download via Cidya to fix the issue?

try restoring + rejailbreaking maybe something went bad during install

I am experiencing the exact same issue with my iPhone 4 and I so am on jailbroken iOS 4.3.1 untethered. Did you restore and rejailbreak to or resolve your issue another way??

I think I might know why this is happening. Are you guys using BiteSMS?
