Cydia App Back Up

I remember seeing something in cydia about an app that backs up your jb apps. How exactly does this work and when i upgrade to say 4.3 ( when a jb is available) id be able to just restore every jb app/ tweak i had before?

AppBackup DOES NOT back up the apps themselves, just the stuff they save (like settings, game progress, etc.)
