what i s Winterboard?

I just jailbroke my iphone and i reading stuff mentioning Winterboard, can someone tell me what it is and where i could get it so i can download themes and such. I used Greenpoison to do the jailbrake.

Winterboard is a free app in Cydia ! When you open up Cydia , go to featured on the home page and download Winterboard ! You need it to do themes! Also you and go to tips and tiricks in the jailbreak forum in TIPB and you can find a lot of help and info there to learn more about things you can do with jailbreaking . Hope this helps !
