go to Cydia and search: Transparent Dock

select the one that applies to your situation (3.xx | 4.0 | 4.2.1)

there are a few out there.. make sure to read the details about the app/tweak and select the one that applies to your situation iOS etc..

i still cant find one that wont put the phone in safe mode, i recently rejailbroke to try to see if it would fix a problem i was having before i unjailbroke i had the 5 dock icon and it worked just fine

i have used this one in the past and it worked fine Five Icon Dock Cydia

iPhone 4 iOS 4.2.1. you may be conflicting with something else and will just have to use process of elimination, if you really want it that bad
