Changing icons w/out a theme?

Hi. I'm still very new to the jb iphone. Is there a way to chage icons without using a theme? Any help would be great. Thanks.

You can either replace the stock icons or you can create your own icon theme.

There are tutorials on creating your own theme if you want. It's fairly easy, and you don't have to have all of the extra stuff that comes with some themes.
