HELP Iphone 3GS 4.2.1 I pad bb 6.15 Tethered JB just turns off

OH MIGHTY IPHONE GODS

ok here is the deal i JB Iphone 3GS new version 4.2.1 I pad bb 6.15

1 use Ireb to put in DFU mode
2 shift click itunes restore custom firmware
3 install 4.2.1 custom.ispw
4 use redsn0w_win_0.9.6rc7b intall cydia
5 use redsn0w_win_0.9.6rc7b tethered boot
6 boots up use ultra sno to unlock carrier
7 restore as dixon iphone

ok now heres my problem iphone has full charge and keep in mind phone never did this before i jb and unlocked and battery worked fine

phone just shuts off

so i try to tethered boot goes to white screen and just freezes up
do the whole process again does the same thing i have done it like 5 times and just does the same thing everytime please help

I always had a feeling that the 6.15 baseband hack was sketchy. Hope someone can give you some advice on how to fix this.

have you backed up your SHSH Blobs?
