Noob Jailbreaking Question

I've searched these forums (probably not enough), and I think I understand what I need to do to jailbreak my iPhone 4, running 4.2.1 with redsn0w. The only thing I couldn't seem to find was a location where I can get the ipsw (the firmware - is that right) for my particular iOS version. I know that I have to do a tethered jb, and I'm ok with that until 4.2.1 untethered comes out.

So, where do I find the firmware so that I can jb?
