Do you think it will be the same? Will We have to wait days, weeks, or months until a jailbreak is available for the new Vz iphone. Do you think the same jailbroken apps will work on the VZ phone?

Yes you will have to wait. All iOS devices run the same version of software and the latest software isn't jailbreakable

If there is a 4.3, then why aren't betas available to developers?

A VZ phone will have a CDMA/GSM chip so maybe the unlock will be a little different but firmware is firmware so I don't see why the JB would be any different. I doubt Apple will make two different phones so that phone will also be the hardware used on AT&T too so same JB process. Also whether tethered or not 4.2 is JBable but if the new phone uses a new boot loader that JB may not work on that model, like what happend to the 3Gs.

Maybe it is. No one knows. (unless YOU are a developer then I see your point)
