When will the 4.2.1 jailbreak be out!

I need an untethered jailbreak because I can't constantly be around my computer. I also noticed a lot of jailbreak apps and themes and stuff didn't work with 4.2.1. Anyone have any clue when the official non beta version will be available and when Cydia will update!?

I just couldn't figure out why it kept crashing and booting back in safe mode. Also, I plan on rebreaking it and I have been wondering if I need to restore it before I do so?

I just posted a new thread about the status of the untethered JB. Looks like comex will be holding out for iOS 4.3 before he releases his untethered JB.
