Jailbreak 4.2.1

New here and love the site. I am looking for some advice. I had my iPhone 3gs with 4.0 jailbroken using jailbreakme.com. I checked the box to have Cydia manage my JB and all was good until I had some issues and had to restore and update. I miss my JB. Anyway...my issue is this. I paid for some Cydia tweeks and/or apps. When an untethered JB comes to us again, and I re-jailbreak can/will Cydia recognize my iPhone and can/will I be able to get those tweeks/apps I paid for back without paying again?

Yes you will be able to get the apps back that you paid for.

Yes. Have done this kinda thing before on a friend's phone. And it did get back the apps from Cydia that he'd paid for as far as I can remember.
