new iphone, old jailbreak?

I'm sure this information has got to be somewhere, but either I'm overthinking it or I'm not typing the right query into google.

I'm getting a new iphone 4 today. I've been jailbroken on my 3GS since I got it two years ago (iOS 3.1). I have my blobs saved in Cydia and TinyUmbrella up through 4.1. I had a Rock Your Phone account and was able to easily re-install all my JB apps and tweaks when I upgraded to iOS4.
And I've looked through Cydia and can't find anything that says my JB apps and tweaks will be easily restored once I move to a new phone.

So...short of writing down the list of packages I've installed on the 3GS, how can I take all the JB stuff I've gotten from Cydia and make sure it all ends on my iP4?

Blobs are phone specific so that won't be a help.

Try Aptbackup for saving which apps you had.
