Infinifolders problem

I have infinifolders installed on my iPhone 3G S iOS 4.1. If I update my apps using the iPhone app store some of my apps jump out of their folders on to the Springboard. I then have to put them all back. If I use iTunes to update this does not happen.

Any ideas?

I've had this happen a couple times, but by far it's the exception. Usually, updates from the app store work fine for me. When it has happened, I just drag them back and chalk it up to an acceptable level of buginess with jailbreaking...
