Sanitizing phone without loosing jailbreak

Hi, i am selling my jailbroken 3GS running 4.0.1 and need to know the best way to clean my personal info off of it without loosing the jailbreak. If i restore, I assume i will be prompted to download the newest(and un-jailbreakable) firmware. I just need my data gone and the phone to be jailbroken at the end of the day

Restore to 4.0.1 by using TinyUmbrella and Shift/Restore method. Then re-JB at jailbreakme.com

I just did it with my 3GS a week ago when I sold it...
