Help with Jailbreaking 3Gs - 4.1 (never jb before)

I've been looking around and I don't know if it's possible yet. I've come to the conclusion that I'm just going to wait for the next iphone before I upgrade again. I was waiting for the white iPhone 4 but now I'm like eff it, I'll just JB. So, it leads me to this, is it possible for me? Thanks for any answers I get. I really wouldn't be asking if I wasn't frustrated as hell.

Jailbreak for 4.1 is coming, but it's not here yet.

When it does come out, it will definitely work on the 3GS.

you can not JB 4.1 yet. perhaps in the next 3-4 weeks. just a guess.
