best way to swipe iphone clean but keep jailbreak for selling

title says it all, i wanna erase my contacts and such before i sell my iphone and still keep the jailbreak, its the 4 if that matters...

There is a Cydia app that will delete all your contacts.

If you have your SHSH blobs saved, you can restore clean to a jailbreakable version, then rejailbreak and unlock and you'll be fine.
