Help! Bricked!!! Cant even dfu!!!

i was jailbroken, 4.0.1, and updated to 4.1 and my phone is now stuck in either the apple logo, or in "connect to itunes" mode. my computer doesnt recognize my iphone4, and i cant finish the update or even recover it from being where it is at!!!

what can i do?
