error 3194

have a 3Gs JB and unlocked tried to upgrade to 4.01 got a 3194 constant error. Cydia says " this device has SHSHs on file for OS 4.0 4.0.1 but no idea what to do next
please help

Did you change your hosts file so it asks cydia to sign it?
