Customize app: where is it?

Hi,
I've newly jb my iPhone 3GS (4.01) and I've been enjoying it so far (I suppose). I love to be able to customize every little thing. I've seen a lot of talk here and there about an app called Customize. It looks like just what I want. Only trouble is that I can't seem to find it anywhere. It doesn't come up through Cydia. Are there other sources for jb apps that a noob like me isn't aware of? I searched for this on the forum but didn't see any related posts.

There a bunch of sources on cydia. Some u have to add manually. Google "customize cydia source" and it will tell u what source u need to add under the manage tab

Still haven't had any luck. The few sources I've found don't work. Is Customize an old app that no one uses anymore or something?

Also, on a different note, Bossprefs doesn't work either. Does it not work with iOS 4.01?
