Jailbreak 3gs on ios4 new bootrom. is it possible?

Spent loads of time looking through youtube videos to see if possible and having found any. they all appear to say u need old bootrom or already be jailbroken.
Is it possible and if so would some1 be so kind to point me in the right direction.
really appreciate any help

thanks just downloaded this.
previously i had a 3.1.2 jailbreak and i used to go to installous app/link on my iphone to get the new apps.
I dont have this now, i added the source cydia.hackulo.us and have the installous link check (green tick) but still no installous when i press home button to download. am i doing something wrong or missed something out?
