Where is my SHSHs on cydia?

I just would like to know where that SHSH is and how would i get to it if I uptade my os and was not jailbroken? Another question is how back i save my back up from before the jailbreak somewhere else so it doesnt get over written by a new backup when i sync again? So i want to keep a "clean" backup on my comp somewhere. Thanks guys

All the instructions are on saurik.com. There's also a really nice guide on here somewhere about how to point your iTunes at the Cydia server in order to use your shsh blobs.
