MMS and Facetime issues

My iPhone4 was jailbroken and unlocked, my MMS was working fine but could not get Facetime to work I decided to restore and jailbreak again but now MMS will not work, dont know what to do. Ive restored 4 times with no success, can anyone help me please??? not sure what im doing wrong, Only thing i can think of is that I saved SHSHs in cydia but other than that im not getting anywhere, help please.

Same here MMS started back to work but no Facetime what network settings should I set it too. I am sorry first time ever jailbreaking not sure about network settings.
