I used Jailbreakme for my 4 and it worked perfectly. I would stick with that one, its the one everyone is using.

yes, QuickReply is on Cydia. Working fine for me on iOS 4.0.1 on the iPhone 4.

uhhh idk about that last i saw it hadnt been upgraded for os4....and i tried it today since i purchased it before, the keyboard didnt work. i could hit reply and the msg would pop up with the keyboard but no touch recognized. i might have to buy a new one.
