updated my JB phone but....

Hey all,
Had a JB 3.1.3 sprint and yesterday went ahead and downloaded 9.2-> backed up my phone and installed ios 4. But now most of my apps don't work including the app store app. Has anyone had this issue and what is my next move to fix my problems.

and after the update I still have some piece of the jailbreak where the at&t logo is in the tool bar i still have the changed name "Rob"... so my guess is that might be the reason why my update is messed up but still would like some feedback....

I restored to factory settings and then restored from last back up and still things are messed up... Anyone else have these issues???

My brother bought a new iPhone 4 and when he went home and sync, it brought "fake carrier" name jb app yo his new iPhone. He has tried a complete restore and still the carrier says "mike" instead of "AT&T"

now he is nervous that if he has issues like others are having, the apple store may give him problems
