What does a speaker beside the battery means?? HELP please!!

Hello,
I have recently added lock info to my iphone and a speaker besides the battery has appeared. Does anybody knows what that means?

I think that is to denote if you are on vibrate or not.

for me it's when i receive a notification (not text); for example, ESPN Scorecenter updates

although, i think that is more of a Notifier feature

It is the new Push Notification symbol. You can turn that off in the settings for Lockinfo. In the general tab I think.
