alittle help PLEASE

I have a 32g 3gs J/b unlocked Iphone. Have a video ringtone that I cant stop. My question is when my springboard crashed I got a call at that time and the ringtone I have selected in setting played for the first time and not the video ringtone. Does anyone know why this happened? Can you tell me where to find the video ringtone. I have looked thru all files as well as winterboard. Any help would be great
