Jailbreaking an IPhone 3gs 3.1.3 MC131B

Just bought an IPhone last month and don't know much about jailbreaking..
i would really really appreciate it if someone could tell me if i can jailbreak an IPhone 3gs 3.1.3 MC131B and how i would go about doing so?

I had a REAAALLY hard time Jailbreaking/Unlocking a friends iPhone 2G and Spirit did the job!!! and I think It does work with 3GS with 3.1.3.

Okay it said jailbreak succesful
what would i do now to go about getting cydia and everything set up?
ive downloaded street fighter IV and want to know how to put it on.. i would really appreciate any help..

Please don't ask about installing or using pirated software. That will get you banned quickly.

Cydia was installed when you did the j/b. Just tap the Cydia icon to go to the Cydia store.
