All of a sudden my apps won't wiggle and I can't manually delete them from the springboard. Has anyone encountered this problem? I did a restart and reboot with no luck. Any help would be appreciated.
App don't wiggle on JB 3GS.

I also had this issue.
Did you install CyDelete from Cydia? The app allows you to delete Cydia apps right from the SB just like other apps, however when I uninstalled it, it removed the ability to delete appstore apps from the phone. Only way I got it back was a restore

Yes I do have CyDelete and that's not working either. I was afraid that a restore might be the answer. Thanks for your help. Not into a restore right now.
