Backgrounder Help

I recently had to restore my iPhone and lost all the settings I once had on Backgrounder when I multi-task. I want to be able to use the "short hold option" while in an app to enable background and then use the "short hold" option again to bring up my list of running apps from the springboard. However I am having a hard time finding the option to launch the list of backgrounder apps from the springboard... Can anyone with more experience using this app help me?? Thanks a lot

The settings can be controlled from the app icon it installs on the springboard

Anybody notice on the recent update to backgrounder that it puts the little black icon on apples stock apps now. Any idea how to stop that but have it still do it on the 3rd party apps. Thanks

There are toggles in backgrounder's settings that govern this function.
