can i downgrade my 3gs mc model

hi have watched youtube upon youtube video and thought id ask here as im still not sure,can i downgrade my firmware then jailbreak, its not been jailbroke before


i have the 3gs 16gb

version 3.1.3 (7E18)

serial *********np

model MC131ZP

modem f/w 02.12.01

As it says in all the threads asking the same question - the 3GS cannot be downgraded or jailbroken (at this time) if you're already on 3.1.3 and have not been previously jailbroken.
