Well they are working on the 3.1.3 jailbreak/unlock, but in my opinion it's useless because Apple is ALREADY sending out the 3.2 beta to developers, so I'd say that within a month there will be the 3.2 update - which will have to be re-hacked, so we're looking at probably close to 2 months for 3.2 being jailbroken. As for 3.1.3, we're at their mercy. Frankly, I don't even see the point in jailbreaking the 3.1.3 before the 3.2 release. HOWEVER, if they're smart (which I know they are) they'll pobably release the 3.1.3 jailbreak RIGHT before the 3.2 update, so that Apple doesn't close the "hole", and then use the same exploits in the 3.2 update to jailbreak that as well.
