Cydia>Manage>Storage>System, says 100% full?

Hey, I need help. In my Cydia> Manage> Storage> System, it reads 100% full. This is preventing me from downloading the new update available for my iLocalis app. I tried removing alot of AppStore apps & Cydia/Rock apps & themes but it did not free up any "System" space. I then deleted my dTunes movies, a couple hours of video from my iPhones iPod player, alot of aTube video & alot of photo"s from my iPhones photo album & photo's/video hidden in my Vaultsafe app! System storage still say's 100% full, my Private storage say's 35.5% free. What do I need to do to free up space in my System storage section, to be able to download the iLocalis update that is available to me in Cydia? I have tried a couple more times, still get errors but I can easily re-download any of the themes, ringtones & apps from Cydia I deleted trying to free up System storage space. I cannot find info on this anywhere, what should I do? My iPhone Info is in signature, everything else is working good on my iPhone. Any info would be much appreciated. Thanks!
