can i go from FW 3.1.3 to 3.1.2??

I did an accidental update from FW 3.1.2 to 3.1.3 and my JB 3G was showing the "connect to itunes" screen. So I used blacksn0w to unlock it but now I dont have Cydia anymore, and I cant make phone calls HELP!! please

Put it in DFU-Mode, downgrade to 3.1.2 using Shift + Restore. Then jailbreak with blackra1n and downgrade the baseband with Fuzzyband from Cydia.
If this does not work, then you are screwed.. And there is NO accidental upgrade. You've been asked if you want to update to 3.1.3...

And she also can't downgrade simply using the shift+restore because Apple stopped signing 3.1.2.

She would need to use the SHSH hashes and Sauriks server as well.

Can any one help me I was running my jailbreak on 3.1.2 and my phone crashed so I had go restore I had no choice but to upgrade and know m screwed. I just want to use my 3gs for tethering can anyone help.

Right now, you're SOL. ESPECIALLY SINCE YOURE ON A 3G. There are currently no ways for you to fix this yet.

At least not to my knowledge, so for that I apologize.
