App to identify carrier of incoming call?

Is there a jailbroken or App Store app that can identify which carrier an incoming caller is calling from? Ideally, the carrier/network would appear as some sort of indicator near the caller's name or picture.

That is something that would have to come from the carrier, so it's unlikely there could ever be an app to do that.

I guess I'm not so interested in learning which carrier the caller is with, just whether they are on the same one as me, so I know whether I'm using minutes or on mobile-to-mobile. I know on AT&T's web site, you can enter numbers (don't know if they still have it, but you used to be able to do up to five at a time) into a screen that will come back with which numbers are in the network.
