    I haven't heard any rumblings about the jailbreak ruling in a little while. I saw the temporary extension on the government site, but that was back from October. I didn't know if a ruling on the EFF's request had been made or was expected soon. Any ideas?

    It's the DMCA exemption rulemaking doohickey that happens every three years as outlined in the DMCA (section 1201?). Not really a legal court case.
