finally untethered iphone 3gs

i have an iphone 3gs 3.1.2 with bl 06.04, bb 05.11.07. The thing is that i jailbroke like 3 weeks ago with blackra1n, so everytime i was rebooting the phone i had hook it to my pc, but as yesterday i unlocked it my phone via itunes cuz im a o2 contract, since then everytime im rebooting my iphone doesnt need the pc anymore, i dont know if its for the unlock or otherelse. is there any program to dump my log when my iphone is starting, to post the logs to see what was the reason. thanks in advance and hope it help to the developers.
Please check the video on youtube /watch?v=1zXFLMG1wfI

o2 (uk provider), does offer iphone 3g/3gs unlocking for free for o2 cotract customers, i activated, then jailbroke with blackra1n, then i request the unlock from o2. after that you have the confirmation from o2 via txt, just plug into itunes, and you will see that your iphone unlocked.
The thing that i dont understand is that why is now untethered my iphone.

anyway here my dmesg when the phone started.

:initDongle()

XD

i was always under the impression that tethered not only meant that you needed the computer to restart the phone but also to keep it unlocked? am I mistaken? once you had o2 unlock it legit it couldve set in motion a non-tethering action. via dongle of course XD sorry rough morning that made my day.

Also, if anyone has Twitter, please go to Geohot A.S.A.P. and link to this page/post immediately. I have a feeling that the way it will work may have something to do with Saurik.

A/k/a if you need to downgrade, iTunes won't let you. So saurik set up a bunch of servers to act IN PLACE of iTunes. They 'sign' the files and allow you to downgrade to firmwares other than 3.1.2. Well, if we could some how get saurik's servers to once again act in place of iTunes, and send our phones the signal to "factory unlock", now THAT would be huge. The iPhone would never be locked through upgrading again.
