whats dangerous about categories?

i loaded categories and it gave a warning that it could be dangerous if you dont know what your doing. what is dangerou bout it? forgeting to respring?

Deleting an app before taking it out of categories. Or deleting categories itself without removing all the apps out first.

you're fundamentally changing how the phone displays apps.

I thought that with sbsettings. If you delete a category before moving the apps out of the category it just hides the apps. Thus just going into sbsettings and un-hiding the apps and they show back up on the springboard. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
