Some App Icons Are Stuck Small

On 3.1.2, used blackra1n to jailbreak...

After using a theme in winterboard that made the size of all app icons smaller, (even the ones that it didnt have a custom icon for) some of the apps are now stuck smaller even after turning the theme off or trying a different theme where all icons are original size. The icons that are stuck appear to be masked off around the edges. I have tried deleting the app and re-downloading on the phone with no luck.

If the new theme doesn't have an icon for a specific app it keeps the icons from previous apps . I think the only way to fix this is to remove all themes and start again . There may be someone on here with better expertise than I & they might have a different solution .
