cydia and rock are a no show

After jailbreaking with blackrain, when i start up the blackrain app, cydia rock and snow don't show up, any reason for that?

Sounds like blackra1n wasn't installed. Try Installing again.

So is the screen just blank? you will need Wifi and if it's blank I too also say repeat the process maybe even re-download the blackra1n file. The site was down for a quick minute I remember seeing on twitter so maybe you got the file when the site was having minor problems.
