useful apps!?!?!

anyone now about apps that do the following things?

-display number on call id when a call comes in, instead of just name and location/type of number.

- an app that can help me access my iphone utilities and other apps WHILE i am talking on the phone (speaker). it seems that i cant do anything on the phone while talking, as in making a note, or access any of the apps. i can type in another number, that just goes into the call box where i typed my number, but i cant do anything else really. just access my contacts.

I'm always doing other "stuff" while talking on the phone. While on a call, just press the home button and launch whatever app you want to work in.
