how to Uninstall ROCK

Hi experts,
I've installed ROCK when I was using CYDIA already on my phone. I love rock but some time it messed up now I am desperatly willing to remove/unintall rock.
can anyone tell me the simple and step by step procedure to remove/uninstall rock from my phone

Just go into Cydia and do a search for "Rock App" then press modify, then uninstall.
