What ever happened to the Windows port of the unoffcial "Pwnage Tool"?

Now, to be clear - I KNOW that the DevTeam is not releasing a Windows version. But in the days immediately prior to the release of Blackra1n, there was talk of another group releasing their Windows version of PwnageTool.

My question is - what the hell ever happened to it? Did development of this stop?

The last thing I read on the dev-team's blog is that they were not going to develop one......in their own words, "we are not developing a Windows version of PwnageTool." That was as of 1 week ago.

The group doing sn0wbreeze is still working on it from what I hear, but I haven't heard anything else about the profess of it.
